Delivery Information

UK Next Day Delivery
£6.95 per order, or FREE when you spend over £70.
Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM to qualify for next-day dispatch. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.

Important Notes:

  • We currently do not ship to the Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey, or any international destinations.
  • In the unlikely event of a delay on our side, we will contact you with further information.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link.

To track your order:

  1. Check your inbox for an email from contact@abbadan.co.uk with the subject "Your order has been shipped" (if you can't find it, please check your spam or junk folder).
  2. Click the tracking link in the email, or enter your tracking number on the courier's website.
  3. You'll be able to see your parcel's status in real time, including when it's out for delivery.

Tracking status explained:

  • Order confirmed – We've received your order and it's being prepared.
  • Dispatched – Your parcel has left our warehouse.
  • In transit – Your parcel is on its way to you.
  • Out for delivery – Your parcel will arrive today.
  • Delivered – Your parcel has been delivered.

Please note: Tracking details usually become active within 24–48 hours after dispatch. If your tracking link isn't working or you haven't received a shipping email within 3–5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@abbadan.co.uk with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
